Care & Hospitality

Hospitality

“Contribute to the needs of others, practice hospitality.”
Romans 12:13

Scripture tells us to practice hospitality – to share love, care, and warmth with those both near and far. We are called to walk together on life’s journey rejoicing with those who rejoice and mourning with those who mourn.

Our PCLT family enjoys taking care of one another. The Hospitality Committee does that in many ways.

  • Caring for the sick with meals, prayers, or card.
  • Welcoming and caring for visitors and new members.
  • Providing opportunities for fellowship and to share a meal during special times in the life of the church.

It is our privilege and joy to be with others in both their joys and concerns of every day life.

Prayer Team

“Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

As we seek to discern God’s will for our congregation and to strengthen the life of our congregation, we offer our prayers of praise, thanksgiving and intercession. Not only do we lift up our prayers in worship services but we also have a dedicated prayer team that meets regularly to pray for our church, our members, our friends, our nation and our world. We believe that God hears all our prayers, that prayer changes us and that as we pray we are drawn closer to God.

If you have a prayer request, please e-mail admin@pclt.faith and we will add you to our prayer list.
