Friends,

It feels like we were just celebrating Christmas, and already the lectionary has us flying past Epiphany and into the story of the Baptism of Jesus at the Jordan River. This coming Sunday will be a sort of ‘pause, deep breath, get ready’ sort of Sunday. Some of you got your Star Word last Sunday but many did not; they will still be available and you can get one tomorrow. And we will all think about Spirit Words – those words that help us know the ways the Spirit is at work in our world, moving among us, calling us into the future.I look forward to worshipping with you!
