Dear Friends,

Now that Holy Week is behind us, and we are well into Eastertide, we have picked up some projects that have been on the back burner.  One of those projects is OUR NEW DATABASE!  Actually, I’m really excited that we have a new DATABASE! And we need EVERYONE’s help to get it up and running.

First, we need everyone, yes, every member and every friend of PCLT (and every visitor if willing) to complete an Information Form.  In addition to basic contact information, the form collects data regarding elder and deacon ordination and other past and present church activity. Second, later this month we all will have the opportunity to have our photos taken for the new church directory.

The new database will help us to better do the work of the church; to be more effective in our mission and ministry.  With this new and improved information system, we should be able to increase communications with the community both within and outside our church building.

Please take a few minutes to fill out our New Information Sheet. It’s available online – click here. Or pick up a hard copy at the church and drop it by the office. And keep a look out for the dates to take directory photos.

This is a wonderful next step in the life of our church community. We appreciate your participation and efforts as we celebrate our life together.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or Debi in the church office.
